Error Message: Unknown Survey

Hi,

I finished creating a survey but now when I want to open it I get the following message:

Error when querying information about the survey

unknown survey

If the error persists, contact Pavlovia’s administrator.

Full description:

{ “error”: “unknown survey”, “origin”: “https://pavlovia.org/api/v2/surveys/021f8f3e-4bd6-4fbd-a1c7-64cbba41f2e4”, “context”: “when getting information about the survey with id: 021f8f3e-4bd6-4fbd-a1c7-64cbba41f2e4” }

OK

I’m freaking out as I urgently need to start my study so I was going to recreate the survey. But now when I create a new survey I get the same message when I want to open it. Please HELP :pray: :pray: :pray:

The problem seems to be connected to sharing my survey. When I add a new survey and do not share it I can access it but once I click “share survey” and share with my thesis supervisor the same message appears.

How are you getting to your survey. Have you logged into your Pavlovia account and gone to the survey tab and opened the survey from there.

If you reach the survey you’ll need to set it to running to use it

I try to open it from my Dashboard/Survey tab while being logged in. I click on the green square with an arrow that says “go to survey”. The Problem only appeared after I shared the survey with my Thesis supervisor. Before I was able to open the survey from my Dashboard/Survey tab while clicking on the green square. If I create a new survey and do not share it with my supervisor I am able to open it, if I create a survey and share it, the same problem appears. Is there any way to solve this? :pray: :pray: :pray:

Also it says “if the problem persists contact Pavlovia’s administrator” but I do not find any administrator contact information or help page

I think one of my students has the same issue. I can see it but she can’t. I’ll try to follow up on this

Please could you check whether the survey is still shared? I’ve just discovered that in my case the share had disappeared, and I think this has happened before.
