Description of the problem: I have two experiments as part of a single project (stage1 and stage2). The first experiment runs fine, but when I sync the second experiment and try to pilot it online, it runs the first experiment. Each experiment is in a separate folder. How do I separate these experiments for Pavlovia to discriminate between them?
Did you create stage 2 based on stage 1 by copying it?
You may want to rename your experiment from the exp settings before proceeding with what I wrote below.
I guess you did copy it, which means you may have also copied the hidden .git folder. Delete that and try syncing again. This should create a seperate git repository.
