Description of the problem: We are rerouting an online task to Prolific upon completion of the task we are hosting on Pavlovia- the rerouting works as we’d like, but the data will not save as completed data on Pavlovia, instead saving as aborted data. In pilot mode, the data does get marked complete, but will not do so and take a credit from the account when it is being run live. Both the pilot version and the run version correctly forward on to Prolific at the end of the task, so that does not seem to be impairing the save function, and both versions move through the whole task and move past the thank you screen at the end of the experiment.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with saving data as completed vs aborted and have suggestions about what the issue and solution might be?
