our lab recently (last week) bought credits on pavlovia and got a confirmation email from Open Science Tools LTD for the purchase, but they still haven’t appeared on our account page. We were wondering what steps we might need to take to fix that. Thanks!
Email us on sales at opensciencetools.org for issues with purchases. We’ve never seen any issues with credits failing to register before so my guess is that the page just needs a refresh or you’re logged in as different user. But if you email us we can look into it
