Pavlovia account has no GitLab namespace and PsychoPy Sync fails

OS (macOS 10.15.7):
PsychoPy version (PsychoPy 2026.1.3):
Standard Standalone Installation? (y)
Do you want it to also run online? (y)
What are you trying to achieve?: I am trying to synchronize my PsychoPy experiment with Pavlovia so that I can run it online and recruit participants.

What did you try to make it work?: I logged into my Pavlovia account in PsychoPy and clicked the Sync button. I also logged out and logged back in, and cleared the local PsychoPy Pavlovia cache before re-authenticating.
My Pavlovia profile and Dashboard correctly show “martinagv (#104)”. However, “martinagv” is not available as a personal namespace in Pavlovia GitLab when I try to create a new project.

Link to the most relevant existing thread you have found:
PavloviaSession.createProject was given a namespace that couldn't be found on gitlab

What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
When I click Sync in PsychoPy, I get the following error:

“PavloviaSession.createProject was given a namespace (martinagv) that couldn’t be found on gitlab.”

I also receive the following error when PsychoPy tries to fetch my Pavlovia shelf records:

“mismatched designer id and authentication token”

The full API error is:

origin: https://pavlovia.org/api/v2/shelf/104/records
userId: 104
error: “mismatched designer id and authentication token”
httpStatusCode: 400

PsychoPy also reports:

“Error when fetching the credits”
“SyntaxError: The string did not match the expected pattern.”

I have confirmed that I am logged into the correct Pavlovia account, and my profile shows “martinagv (#104)”. However, the corresponding GitLab personal namespace “martinagv” is missing.

Could you please check whether my Pavlovia Designer ID 104 is correctly linked to my GitLab account and whether the personal GitLab namespace “martinagv” has been properly provisioned?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
Paloma
