Pavlovia account 403 forbidden at designers/authenticate across all devices

My Pavlovia account appears unable to authenticate.

Symptoms:

  • Web login shows blank loading screen
  • Mobile browser on cellular also shows blank page
  • PsychoPy login returns:

authentication error: 403 Forbidden
origin: /api/v2/designers/authenticate

This happens across multiple devices and networks.
Could my account’s OAuth/designer authentication state be reset?

  1. Is this the first time you’re signing into Pavlovia, or was your login working properly before this?
  2. If it is the first time you’re using Pavlovia - are you using your university email address and/or have you received the confirmation email and verified that email address?

Hi,

This isn’t my first time signing into Pavlovia and it worked properly previously. I have also run experiments with a verified email.

However, my account is now working perfectly fine. It seems like it was a temporary glitch with my credentials, but everything is fully resolved now.
