Description of the problem: I logged in to pavlovia and got this error:

What can be done to solve it?

I have the same problem. I read here that is a temporary problem:

We have to wait, I guess.

Just want to confirm that I get the bad gate error too. I can’t access my experiment or my account via pavlovia. Data does not save.

I have the same problem here.

I am experiencing the same issue that started this morning. It says the same message and to contact Pavlovia’s administrator. Does anyone know how we get in touch with them? I didn’t see any contact information.

I am experiencing the same message as well, as is a colleague.

Any update on this? Same issue here.

I e-mailed the open science tools administrator and also emailed the consultants at open science tools but haven’t heard anything yet.

Any updates?
I’ve tried with different browsers and I can’t do it in any of them.

Thanks!

Following to see when there is an update. I am also experiencing this issue.

Hello everyone!
I have now e-mailed the operations manager, the chief science officer and the administrator for Open Science Tools. No reply yet but I will keep trying.

I also have the issue. What can I do? Did this just go way for people?

Good morning,

Mea culpa. I made a change to the server configuration, which resulted in this error.
This has now been corrected.
My apologies for the mishap.
Cheers,

Alain
