Online participants receiving "No information is available for this experiment" message

URL of experiment: Pavlovia

Description of the problem:

I have received multiple emails from online participants who are presented with the following message upon uploading the experiment:

I have tested the link on multiple browsers. The error appears on the following: Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Bing. For me, the experiment runs correctly on Google Chrome so I instructed participants to run it on there. However, I am now being told that some participants are receiving the same error message on Chrome too.

Any help would be very gratefully received.

Many thanks for your response. My apologies, I provided you with the wrong participant link. The link did include run in it: PrototypeRT [PsychoPy]

However, I did just run the link across a series of different browsers and had no issues, so I’m hoping the issue has resolved itself.
