Description of the problem: When I try to run my experiment from Pavlovia, a blank webpage opens in a new tab. Nothing else happens after that. Also, when changing the status of the experiment to inactive/running/piloting, sometimes the pavlovia page will become blank? I’ll only be able to see Pavlovia’s navigation bar and a blank grey page.

This is a problem that many people are having at the moment.
We experienced a temporary issue owing to the timing of a scheduled change to the back-end code which, as luck would have it, coincided with the exact moment when one of the back-end services restarted. We had not experienced that before. Now we know how to prevent that from happening again.
My apologies for the mishap!
The issue has been resolved as far as I can tell.
