Not seeing participants results - but "reserved" credits keep hanging

Description of the problem: One participant just finished the study but the results are not showing up. Their record doesn’t appear as “completed”. There is one credit reserved, so I am wondering if that might be an issue. This happened again with another subject…another reserved credit, but no results appear.

My concern is that the participants completed the task (they both told me they did), but did not click all the way through until the end of the debriefing screens. Is it possible to retrieve their data from the task?

Did you find a solution for your problem? I think I have the same issue with my experiment and am wondering what I can do to get the data.

Hi Rika- No, unfortunately, I lost those participants. However, there are a number of things that could’ve gone wrong here that were specific to my experiment.
