Data not seem to be saved and credits are still available

Description of the problem: Many participant did the entire experiment and I cannot see their results… I don’t have any data folder. I have turn on the button “database”. I see that the participant have started this experiment but it’s seem like it’s not completed… I don’t understand this issue. I am totally new on this platform, so maybe I skipped a step.

Hi Mélanie,
Were you able to solve this issue? I am having the same problem at the moment where nothing is changing on the credits and there is no data to download when participants (me for now) finish the experiment, both in pilotting and running mode.
