New Pavlovia projects are showing as platform UNKNOWN

I am unable to create new Pavlovia experiments. I initially had the problem with a new experiment I created. But I’ve since tried creating a minimal experiment (links below) and forking other older working experiments. I tried upgrading to the 2025.2.0beta

In all cases the experiment dashboard lists them as inactive and platform unknown.

The index.html and experiment js files seem to be correct and consistently named experiment names to me. I’m at a loss as to what is going on. Because a simple fork of a working experiment didn’t work I don’t think it’s a problem with the psychopy files but something on the gitlab and/or pavlovia side.

Further to this problem I tried creating both creating a new account as well as forking the stroop demo project. Both of these still result in platform UNKNOWN error.

Sorry – it might be that the 2025.2 files haven’t been uploaded to Pavlovia yet. I haven’t installed it myself, so I can’t confirm.

It’s not specific to 2025.2 files. I started with the 2025.1.1 which wasn’t working. The other projects I just forked from working projects and are older. For example that stroop demo is 2023.1.3. I made no changes to the forked repositories. They’re just copies through gitlab.

Update. I have fixed the problem. It was a some local issue. Restarting my web browser enabled me to activate the projects.
