**What are you trying to achieve?: simply trying to open psychopy takes about 15minutes.
**What did you try to make it work?: after checking the forums for catalina issues, all i could find was advice to make sure that privacy and security settings allowed keyboard input from psychopy. this is in relation to some other errors that people found when actually running psychopy expts on catalina. i cant get it to even load unless i wait 15minutes. but still i set those permissions in anticipation of actually being able to use psychopy… eventually.
**What specifically went wrong when you tried that?: nothing. it still takes extreme delay before loading.
