Hi, I am working with a brand new Macbook Pro OS catalina with Psychopy 2020.2.8, and I am noticing that the builder is not that responsive. For example, whenver I update anything, psychopy takes several seconds of loading time before I can interact again with the builder. I am not running many other applications on my computer either. I notice that initially when I open psychopy it is very smooth to add new components and routines but after some time it gets increasingly slow and unresponsive .
Is there anything we can do to make the Builder more quick and responsive?
