Would putting the image stimuli jpg’s for my sample and comparison stimuli directly into my sample and comparison columns respectively in my excel conditions folder help? In the stroop video example when he specified that the loopType should be random and have 5 reps the loop in the main task page went from saying “trials” to saying “trials (5 random)”, and then when he added his conditions file it said “trials (5x6 random)” because his conditions file has 6 parameters. My loop still only says “trials.” Is this because I did something wrong? Is it because I am using an image instead of text? And is this related to the difficulty I am having getting my task to change the image presented randomly in each successive trial?

Quite simply, there isn’t a file called image1.jpg sitting in the exact folder specified in the last line of the error message.
Check the exact spelling of the folder name Images1 and the file image1.jpg, including paying attention to lower/upper case and whether there are any spaces anywhere. Also, do you have Windows set to hide file suffixes? i.e. it is possible that your file is actually called image1.jpg.jpg but that the file explorer in Windows is hiding this from you.
