According to this paper there may already be a PsychoPy version.
If the tasks need updating, for example to work online, then you could contact OST consultancy.

That’s Python rather than PsychoPy.
However, it does contain the materials and information about each of the Examiner tasks, several of which have been adapted to PsychoPy.

Dot Counting Task
Flanker Task
NBack Task
Saccades Task
Set Shifting Task
The UCSF page suggests that the Examiner isn’t distributed any more. Do you need these specific tasks or will similar tasks do? The Github repository plus the original paper would be sufficient for the Open Science Tools team to recreate them.
