[Screenshot 2025-06-27 at 12.52.58 PM] [Screenshot 2025-06-27 at 12.57.09 PM] I am getting an error that our images cannot be found despite it being uploaded correctly and found on pavlovia. I do not know what it means by unknown resource and would appreciate a solution to this issue. Thank you.

Hello @lemonhelp Is this the only image that cannot be found? Is there a folder called ‘Stimuli/TrainingImages’ in the repository? Best wishes Jens

[image] Wakefield's Daily Tips Blog Online errors: unknown resource This is one of the most common errors for experiments which run locally but fail online. In the case of a spreadsheet the name of the spreadsheet is mentioned twice. In the case of an image, you see the name of the image component (ImageStim) and the name of the file (resources). [image] [image] At the start of an online experiment you usually see a download bar for the resources. [image] However, at this stage PsychoPy only downloads files it can identify…

It was not the only image, only the first one that failed. However, I uploaded all the files that I used in the “settings > online > additional resources” and that seemed to have fixed my issue. Thank you so much, Jens!

Hello, I also encountered the same problem. I would like to ask if you uploaded all the necessary files originally, then uploaded them again separately, and then was the experiment able to run?

Hello @freya Listing all the files under Settings > Online > Additional Resources is sufficient. These files will be uploaded during the next sync. Best wishes Jens
