Error: “unknown resource” when linking PsychoPy to Pavlovia

Hello,
I need help with this error when I run my experiment on Pavlovia:

Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

when setting the image of ImageStim: image
when getting the value of resource: D:\Pavlovia24Oct25\Images\Y20.jpg
unknown resource
Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

The experiment works fine locally in PsychoPy, but when I upload it to Pavlovia, it shows this error.

Here is what I’ve already checked:

All image files are stored in a folder called Images inside my project folder.

My Excel file lists the images (e.g., Images/Y20.jpg) — no full Windows paths.

I have already synced the project with Pavlovia several times.

Could someone please help me understand why Pavlovia still can’t find the image file and how to fix this “unknown resource” issue?

You say that the Excel file doesn’t contain the full window path – what about the image component. PsychoPy must be getting asked to look for the image in D:\Pavlovia24Oct25 somehow.

Find in experiment I don’t use the PsychoPy Builder menu items much but this one is particularly useful, especially for tracking down the sources of name conflicts. This feature is currently in the Experiment menu but is moving to the Edit menu in 2025.1.0. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+F.
