Add eye tracking calibration and validation to experiment flow What did you try to make it work?:
Use the builder What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
No way to add the component to the flow
Include pasted full error message if possible. “That didn’t work” is not enough information.
Hey all members of this wonderful community. I am currently building an eeg experiment that also integrates eye-tracking through an old Tobii compact eyetracker. However when I try to add this in the builder view there is no button to click on, or way that I can see to add the component to the experiment flow. It looks like the window is missing a an outer component somehow (see picture). Anyone else experienced this? And is there a fix out there?
Hello,
Don’t you have access to the Flow of the experiment? I can see it popping at the bottom.
After creating a validation routine, press the Insert Routine button inside your Flow and place the new routine.
I see from your answer that I didn’t quite use the right terminology. My apologies. I’m unable to add the eyetracker calibration component to the current routine. Here is a screenshot of the whole screen of my builder.
On the contrary, here is a screenshot of the normal component addition process where there is an “ok” button which I would very much like to click in order to add the eyetracking calibration component to the routine.
The eye-tracking component is actually a standalone routine, so you can’t add it to an existing routine.
You need to press the Insert Routine button inside your flow and choose the location of your Calibration component.
