Hello all!
We have a subject (only 1/50 experiences this issue) who submits her survey every week and receives a confirmation of submission, but we do not receive her data. It says that her credit is reserved, instead of consumed, and it doesn’t track that any sessions have been run. I’ve attached a screenshot below to help. Does anyone else experience this issue, or have an idea of what could be happening? We have had her try different browsers, restart her computer, etc… nothing seems to be fixing this issue.
