Hello everyone,
I’m encountering an issue where my PsychoPy experiment won’t start. Every time I try to run it using the “Run” button, it loads for a brief moment, but then it immediately returns to the Coder view and does not start. The console shows the message “Attempting to measure the screen,” but after that, nothing happens and the experiment doesn’t launch.
This issue has only started happening recently; the experiment worked fine for weeks before.
Here are the details of my setup:
• PsychoPy Version: 2024.2.2
• Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
• Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 (Full Hd)
Additionally, after the experiment crashes, I see the warning:
“Warning: Monitor Specification not found, creating a temporary one.” However, no error messages appear, and the experiment does not start
and
“Warning User requested fullscreen with size (1024 768) but screen ist actually [1920, 1080]
