Experiment Gray Screen / Ends Experiement

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the builder. After I open the file I want to run and click to run it, the participant ID and session window pop up but when I enter that information and click “OK” to run the experiment it flashes a grey screen and then it ends the experiment. There is no error message that shows. The experiment runs perfectly on a different monitor that is the same version but not this one.
I am using a 2019 DELL OptiPlex 7070

Run the experiment

What did you try to make it work?:
IT came and tried a lot of different things but I am unsure of what they did exactly.
One thing they did was fix the code to have it fit the specific size of the monitor I am using

What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
Fixing the code of the monitor size worked and got rid of a previous Error Message
But it still will not run the experiment

I took the code from another computer that it was running on and plugged it into the computer that was not working and it worked. So it was something with the coding that was wrong. I will just copy and paste the code from the working computer to this one and it should work. Thank you

Advice: Test the code on a different computer and see if it works there
