Grey screen every time

hello,
i’m having a problem with the builder, after i click run it always shows me a grey screen
i’m using 2022.2.4 and a macbook pro 2016
If this template helps then use it. If not then just delete and start from scratch.

Include pasted full error message if possible. “That didn’t work” is not enough information.

What are you expecting? If it’s a text component, check the size of the text and the units in Experiment Settings.

Hi.
I had a similar problem. Even for demo experiments, when I tried to run them psychopy used to get stuck on an empty grey screen.
I solved by going to settings->accessibility and checking psychopy.
