I’m trying to run an experiment from Pavlovia on my iPad Air (2025). The experiment starts with a routine with a full-screen video, which should start only after the screen is clicked. Then, the experiment continues and a loop starts: as in the routine at the beginning, in every routine within the loop there is a picture, and also a video. The video starts only after a click. Once the video has finished, participants can click in one of two points: this second click should close the routine. And then the loop should continue. However, when I start the experiment, I encounter the following error. Note that this error appears only with the iPad, and not with other kinds of tablets. Likewise, using the computer the experiment works. However, I need to run the experiment using Apple IPad. How can I solve the problem? I found different trends on that issue, and in some cases there were people saying that they have solved their problems but without saying how.
