Error when trying to download experiment data form database

Hi team,
Our lab also ran into this issue with data on Pavlovia for a recent study. We were able to download through gitlab, but some of the data appear to be missing. Is it possible that the data are stored on the server but inaccessible via gitlab?

Here’s a pilot link to the task (it’s currently set to private)

Hello @plonskipe ,

Could you perhaps give me more information about the data that you believe are missing? Are there specific participant IDs associated with them? Did the issue occur on a specific date?
Cheers,

Alain

Further to my reply, I looked into the matter, I believe you are referring to data collected at the end of July, between the 28th and the 30th.
The reason why you are seeing the logs on GitLab but not the .csv file is that the experiment was setup to save data to the database on those days, instead of saving them to .csv (perhaps you did so by accident?) Consequently, to download those results, you would need to click on the Download button, on your dashboard. This will collect all the data, both those stored in .csv files and in the database.
Best wishes,

Alain

Hi @apitiot,
Thanks for looking into this issue. I was able to download the data from Pavlovia with the Download button just now and I haven’t checked everything thoroughly yet, but it seems like all the data are present. I also haven’t checked with everyone to confirm, but I would not be surprised if the setting was changed temporarily, either on purpose or by accident.
