Error uploading results

Description of the problem: I’ve ran the study on 20 participants so far, but the most recent participant has reported that their data did not save. I’ve resynced the experiment from builder, but I wasn’t sure why this would happen as I haven’t changed anything in builder, but have opened it and saved it again to copy bits of custom code for a second experiment.

Hello everyone,
we encountered the same problem. Strangely this problem seems to appear independently of the OS or different conditions in the experiment: sometimes the datafiles are stored correctly, sometimes they are stored but the datafile is empty and sometimes the same error as above appears.

We would be very happy about some help or ideas about the underlying problem.
