Error: unable to download resources

Hi all,

I’ve encounter an issue that some of my participants can’t run the experiment for the error below:

• when downloading the resources for experiment: test
• unable to download resource: picture/introtext.png(FILE_LOAD_ERROR)

Some people refreshed the webpage several times and it worked, but some people refreshed the page and the experiment still showed error.

Please could someone give me some help?

Thanks for the reply, but i did not created my experiment in code mode but builder mode. So i’m not sure is it the problem from the code.
