What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
Include pasted full error message if possible. “That didn’t work” is not enough information.

How can I get around this? I tried opening it without my file in too, it is just the app.

Try deleting appData.cfg to reset the preferences.

When we do this, it won’t let us open the builder or do much of anything else. Is there any other idea you have? We also tried to downgrade to 2025.2.2, the previous software version.
