A year ago we bought the Emotiv Business+ license without the Access API and following guidelines (link) we registered our experiment successfully.
We recently purchased the Team license to get high resolution data and use it on multiple devices.
Now with the team license, if we register manually from EmotivPRO we can register in Hi-res with the correct license visible, while launching the scripts from PsychoPY we always get low resolution and no license. (Attached)
Has anything changed from 1 year ago when we used Business +? Is the guide still current?
