I originally signed up to Pavlovia using my old institutional email account. I managed to swap it to my new institutional email but each time I log in to Pavlovia and run an experiment it seems to link back to my old email and therefore there license. This license is now out of date and causes a problem for participants running my experiment. If I refresh the page enough times then it will eventually swap to my new email and the active license. There is no reference to my old email on my Pavlovia account and I have cleared my browser cache and cookies. How can I get Pavlovia to disentangle itself from these old details?
