Did not receive a confirmation for a password change on the email so I cannot log in

I opened Pavlovia, there was an error while trying to open a dashboard. So I decided to log out, but I could’nt log in back for some reason so clicked Forgot the password and should have received a confirmation but nothing was sent. What can I do?
