Description of the problem: When I download data of participants, information about them (name, surname, gender) is not readable, when form before the experiment filled in cyrillics. Is that possible to do anything about that?
I just inspected a few files there and I can’t see anything wrong with them looking at:

Is it possible it’s an issue in your software that’s loading them? Or can you give the name of a specific participant where there’s a problem?
