Credits got assigned to a deleted project

Hello!

Unfortunately, when I tried to assign credits to my jsPsych project on my Pavlovia dashboard, the credits got sent to a version of the project that was deleted (but shared the same name).

The project is: jackiebao/memhittest

How can I restore these credits?

Thanks!

Hi. Please could you upload or send me a screen shot of the project page showing credits assigned, and your credits tab showing the credits assigned to the deleted project?

How many credits are now locked to the deleted project?

Thank you for your reply!

I have attached the screenshots here. I believe the project (memHitTest - deleted version) got assigned 94 credits (I have 250 credits total, 156 of which got assigned to memHitTask).

I have also attached a screenshot of my current memHitTest project (the not deleted version) and there’s 0 credits attached to it.

Please let me know if there’s any additional info I should provide!

p2 / follow-up: here is the screenshot of my current memHitTest project, with 0 credits attached.

Thanks. I will try to get this sorted for you.

I’m slightly confused about the numbers. The live project has zero credits but you give both 94 and 156 as the number of credits assigned to the deleted version.

Thank you for your assistance! Just to clarify, I have 2 live projects - one called memHitTask (assigned 156 credits) and one called memHitTest - there is a deleted version of memHitTest that was assigned 94 credits.

Hello! I wanted to kindly follow-up to see if you have had a chance to look into this issue further? As of now, I believe the credits are still assigned to the deleted version of memHitTest, and have not yet been released.

Thank you very much!

Dear @jackiebao2008 ,

With my apologies for the delay, I have sorted out the situation. The credits are now assigned to the correct version of your experiment.

Best wishes,

Alain

Wonderful! Many thanks!
