I’m not sure who to contact. I have a problem about “lost” credits. I had some issues to sync my updates from psychopy to the online experiment on pavlovia. Therefore I deleted the experiment (WordsV3) and created a new one. The experiment I deleted still had 549 credits assigned and I assumed they would be available for the new experiment. Turns out this is not the case. Can you help me out on this and release this credits for me again?
