Builder is presented from right to left

Hello,
My operating system is in English but I see the builder from right to left. Any idea how to change it?

if you use file > preferences > application > locale - is that set to use your system os ?

What happens if you change that to English?

To change the direction you should use the following path:
File-> Preferences → Application → Builder layout (under builder section)
and change the builder layout as you prefer.

Furthermore, from the File-> Preferences → Application → Locale, set the language to English.
It is important to restart Psychopy after applying the above-mentioned changes.

To confirm this is a feature of the app thinking “I’m being used for a right-to-left language so I should change my layout”. I’m interested in what happens when we do actually have translations of the app interface into Hebrew and Arabic (which I’m hoping will be this year) then maybe it does feel right for the app layout to go right-to-left as well?

I think we will be able to override that on a panel-by-panel basis if needed (e.g. the menus could be right-to-left but the Components Panel always appears on the right) but we’ll need some feedback about what feels “right” compared to other apps.
