Blank screen before exp

Hello! My online experiment is completely functional, but it shows a blank screen for 5-30 seconds prior to starting the experiment. I initially thought this was the Resource Manager, but when I added text to the block, it seems that the first blank screen is different from the Resource Manager loading screen.

Does anyone have any insight into how to 1) get rid of this long waiting period, or 2) add text to it to alert the participant to the loading?

Is the blank screen after you click OK on the expInfo dialogue box? If so, what is the first routine in the flow? If it’s a resource manager component, try adding an instruction screen with a duration of 0.5 seconds before it.
