Audio file is sped up when used as stimuli

Hello everyone,

I have added some audio files (.wav) to an excel sheet and imported it to psychopy as a condtion, the problem is when i run the experiment the audio files sound sped up from the original files. I have tried converting the bitrate but nothing changed.
Do you have any ideas ?

What version of PsychoPy are you using? Is it on a Mac?

Have you checked that the files play normally outside PsychoPy?

I am creating a task where several different, constant images will be displayed one after the other in the centre of the screen. The period of time should be 350ms in total, with each image presented for 50ms. Underneath these images is a constant image (I’ll call this the stage image) that is on display for the full 350ms.
