Accurate Calibration - PsychoPy linked to Eyelink Portable Duo Version 6.12

OS (e.g. Win10): Win10
PsychoPy version (e.g. 1.84.x): v2021.2.3
Standard Standalone? (y/n) If not then what?: yes
What are you trying to achieve?: I’m trying to link the PsychoPy to EyeLink Portable Duo Version 6.12 and get an accurate calibration.

What did you try to make it work?:
I have been trying to run the experiment on PsychoPy and get the calibration works on Eyelink but it turns out the fixations of the participant were clustered at a region while he/she was actually fixated at nine different points. I have made sure the display resolution was matched between the PsychoPy settings and the Display PC but the issue still persists. I’m not sure why I can’t get the accurate calibration when linking PsychoPy to the Eyelink Portable Duo, hence I would like to ask for your opinions on this particular issue.

The image above shows the clustered fixations at the bottom left of the screen.

These images show the eye-tracking settings on the PsychoPy and the advanced settings on the Host PC.

Appreciate it if anyone could give me some suggestions or ideas on how to overcome this issue.
Thank you in advance! :slightly_smiling_face:
