Windows 10 Psychopy 3.1 problems

Hi all,

I’ve had some issues with getting Builder to work on windows 10. Whenever I try to quit it using either ctrl + q or ctrl-alt-delete to get the task manager, the window remains frozen on the psychopy stimuli. It does not close unless I switch accounts on the computer, but even then it just closes all of the programs I was running and saves nothing.

I’m also having an issue running an event-related fMRI study of the Balloon Analogue Risk Task which runs perfect on a MAC, but which fails to compile on the Windows 10. No error is given. I believe the two issues are connected.

Anyone have any idea why psychopy freezes on Windows 10? It also freezes in such a way that you can’t even use the task-bar to selectively quit a process. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!
