For anyone that can help - this is a very basic question but I’ve been attempting and searching for days…!
I need to design a colour-word stroop task & emotional stroop task (no issue with those), but since we are focusing on attention and the participant’s reaction times we need the words in the task to be triggered by the vocal response (e.g. participant shown a word, they vocally state the colour of the word, this vocal response then triggers the next stimulus word to appear, and so on and so forth…).
Basically my question is - is it possible to record the reaction times (between onset of stimulus appearing on screen and vocal response of the participant) as well as having their vocal response trigger the next stimulus word?
