Unknown Resource problem on pavlovia

URL of experiment: word-associations-online [PsychoPy] (pavlovia.org)

Description of the problem: I’m receiving the Unknown resource problem when trying to run my experiment for my instructional images. I made sure to include all files in the online options, yet it wouldn’t work.

My instructions are made of images and a video. The paths to the instructions is within different excel files for different conditions.

Important to note, it works fine on a pc, it doesn’t work well only on Pavlovia.
