TypeError: page.elements is not iterable

Description of the problem:

When trying to open the URL for my survey I’m faced with the following error message:

Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

  • when setting the model of Survey: survey
  • TypeError: page.elements is not iterable

Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

I’ve fixed the issue. The final question of the survey had description information but no text in the question field itself. Using a read only response type solved the issue.

Why did you have a question set up this way? Was it just to display small text without using an html “question”?

I’m new to using the platform and forgot that you can present information using the read only function.
