Hi,
I’m having trouble receiving the account confirmation email for my Pavlovia account. I’ve already followed all the related troubleshooting steps mentioned in other threads and documentation:
-
Checked spam, updates, and all folders.
-
Searched for messages from
@pavlovia.organd@gitlab.pavlovia.org. -
Added both domains to my Gmail filters to ensure they’re never sent to spam.
-
Tried resending the confirmation multiple times (also tried using personal email).
-
Verified that my email address is correct (it ends with
@columbia.edu, and the system is managed by Google).
When I send a “password change request,” I do receive the reset email successfully and can reset my password. However, after logging in again, the site still says my account is unconfirmed and asks me to check for the confirmation email, which I never received.
I also tried re-registering with the same email, but the system says “email already taken,” which means the address was entered correctly during registration.
Could someone please help verify or manually confirm my account? It appears that the confirmation emails may be sent through a different domain or server than the password reset ones.
Thank you so much for your help! ![]()
