The images aren't presented in the study

Description of the problem: I was trying to running my experiment and get following error massage Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

  • when downloading the resources for experiment: size_quantity2.1
  • unable to download resource: images/sp3.JPG (FILE_LOAD_ERROR)

Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

every time we get an error with a different picture name, so this is not specific to sp3…
do have an idea how to solve this problem?

Is it possible that the images are saved as .jpg instead of .JPG? (see Unable to download resource for a similar discussion)

Hi and thanks for your answer.
The images was saved as JPG as you suggested, unfortunately, it didn’t work. I was tried to save the picture as PNG, it worked properly offline, but when I tried to pilot it in pavlovia it was forbidden.
Do you have any idea what can I do?
