I have built an auditory oddball experiment on psychopy with eyelink integration to measure pupil diameter changes.
I have two different tone (standard and target) playing at 2 second intervals. Everything seems to be working and when i open the EDF file on the SR-Research DataViewer program I can see the messages everytime either sounds were played. But I can’t produce a report where I get the pupil sizes during each trial interval (start and end of each sound being played).
Is this an issue with the way I have structured the trial or amIi doing something wrong with Dataviewer? Do I need to also send a marker at the end of each routine (sound)? Does each sound being played need to be one trial?
