Hi there, I am experiencing the same issue (audio trials working offline but only the first trial working when on Pavlovia). Were you able to find a fix for this issue? Fix: set the start time of the audio to 0.01 instead of the default 0.0

Try putting the start time as 0.1 seconds

Sounds are only played in the first execution
