Hi, my name is Jossi from China, and I’m running an online experiment. Some participants can open the experimental link successfully, but many people are stuck at the initializing phase (showing “initializing…" in a white background forever).
I have tried to tell them to change the network or browser, but it doesn’t work in most cases. Do you have any other suggestions？ Thank you very much!
