Hello!
I’m collecting data from participants and, from 17 people, I’ve got the data of 13 of them, but didn’t get from those 4 URLs. All of them I could download the compacted files. Two of them, when I click to open the compacted files, shows the following message: “The archive is either in unknown format or damaged”. The other two can be opened normally, but there isn’t the file of the participant.
When in pilot mode, it works fine, and the other 13 participants data are also fine. I’m collecting the data for the study, so it would be really important to get the data of those people who already did the experiment - and to not lose any more data. Could someone help me to get the lost data? Is it possible?
