Slider labels in Chinese (unable to show the labels)

Hi, I am a new learner of Psychopy and I am having trouble with showing the slider label. I had slider labels in Chinese and when I ran the experiment, it wouldn’t show the label names (e.g., only showed the labels as some rectangles instead). I attached the screenshot below. Wondering if there is a way to display non-English labels in slider? Thanks in advance for your help!

In the “Formatting (格式化)” menu of the slider Properties, change the “Open Sans” in the Font to “SimSun”.
Note that the “S” needs to be capitalized.
