Description of the problem: the experiment is still in pilot (testing) stage, but it can be run successfully till the end and the sessions section also correctly shows the number of completed and aborted ones. But when hitting ‘download results’, the rar file is not openable (saying ‘the archive is in unknown format or damaged’).
Also another weird thing is there is no data folder created in the Gitlab repository even after a successful run of pilot session.
